Using reflectors in travel photography

Hi everyone, I am going to share some good tips from my friend Oded Wagen about the use of a reflector to lit your subjects when doing travel photography. This is very well explained and you can see the amazing results you can get with this technique.

Please note that it is also possible to do the same using a flash (and ideally off camera and with a small diffuser in front of it), but the reflector might give you a more natural light, as it is reflecting the ambient light colour.

I did not use a reflector for this portrait, but this lady was sitting on a peer, and the river was reflecting a lot of light on her face. Same same but different 😉
